Chinese President Revealed as Lip-Syncing Fake

by Scott Ott for ScrappleFace · 58 Comments · · Print This Story Print This Story

(2008-08-12) — Just days after China revealed that a cute little girl pretended to sing a patriotic song at the opening ceremonies of the Beijing Olympics because the real singer is buck-toothed and chubby, authorities in the People’s Republic today admitted that the man the world knows as President Hu Jintao, is also a lip-syncing impostor.

An unnamed spokesman for the Chinese Communist Central Committee said a body double has been used from the beginning of Mr. Hu’s public life because “the real President Hu looks like a cross between Wayne Newton, Dan Rather and a tanker truckload of Brylcreem.”

“This doesn’t portray the modern, progressive image that is today’s communist China,” the source said. “By substituting a very attractive man, China can project power and influence throughout the world, without the distraction that ugliness can cause.”

    Speaking of distractions…

America has its own Manchurian candidate in Obama, the puppet of Ayers, Soros, and Maoist philosophy.

Hawaiian distractions surely are keeping the boy wonder from understanding the implications of his rhetoric.

China dazzles with its own version of Potemkin villages.

  • 4 Fred Sinclair // Aug 12, 2008 at 5:57 pm

Hu’s on first, I thought. Of course since “A little dab will do you”, a tanker truckload sounds about right for Hu but in the overall picture Hu cares?

Well, she may not be cute enough for Chinese officials, but at least she wasn’t aborted in the name of population control.

  • 7 mig // Aug 12, 2008 at 6:42 pm

Oh big deal. Like anyone really cares. It’s hard to even pretend to be offended. The only ones that really care are the chubby, buck-toothed people, so get together and form a support group. I don’t see anyone feeling sorry for the pretty little thing that was forced to lip-synch because she crooned like a frog.

Plenty of artifice in China’s agenda…does it show?

  • 11 Darthmeister // Aug 12, 2008 at 7:48 pm

Doesn’t this fall under Dan Blather’s authentication method of “fake but accurate?” Plus were’ dealing with commies here … so perception is reality. That goes for the fake fireworks footprints in that sky that were edited into the opening ceremony broadcast. I wonder why NBC didn’t first break this news?

BTW, has anyone seen this angle on Obamessiah’s constitutional ineligibility to be POTUS?

Unlike most Obamessiah supporters who see some kind of neo-con/Zionist conspiracy behind every action of the Bush Administration, normally I don’t pay much heed to mere rumor mills. But in the last four months I’ve seen no less than three different credible explanations how Obama is not a “natural born” citizen as required by the U.S. Constitutio. Another is Obama’s failure to register with the Selective Service within the legal time limit. I wonder how the Donks at the DNC convention are going to handle these legitimate questions? Ignore them, I guess, because the lamestream media is ignoring them and has little interest in pursuing this … unless it was a Republican. The Dem’s have tried to counter attack by questioning McCain’s “natural born” credentials though both his parents were bona fide American citizens, his father was stationed by the military in the Canal Zone. Some left-wing whackjobs have tried to “prove” McCain isn’t truly natural born by some incredibly convoluted “logic” which parses not only what is meant by “natural born” but also gets overly technical with regard to statutes that were specifically passed to confer the status of natural born citizenship to those Americans born in the Canal Zone to two American parents. A perfect example how the liberals will strain at gnats while swallowing camels.

Obama supporters whine about all these so-called “attacks”, but the reason these criticisms have traction is Obamessiah has yet to produce a genuine Hawaiian certificate of live birth and the one copy that he posted on his official website has apparently turned out to be fraudulent and was subsequently removed. Why this guy can’t produce a certified, genuine COLB to put these challenges to rest is interesting indeed. It should be a very simple thing, right?

In the final analysis, whether this empty suit Obama is eligible or ineligible to be POTUS, the fact remains he is too inexperienced and too unqualified to be anything but a Chicago politican cum incompetent U.S. Senator.

  • 12 upnorthlurkin // Aug 12, 2008 at 7:53 pm

I stopped watching the women’s gymnastics competition when the stupid commentators were going ga-ga over a Chinese gal’s rise to stardom. They told the story of how she begged her parents to let her quit and come home and how they refused her request…then the idiot on the television said, “we are so thankful they did….this is magical!!” Ain’t communism gonna be great?!

  • 13 mindknumbed kid // Aug 12, 2008 at 8:04 pm

Maybe they were not so much opposed to her quitting, as they were to her coming home. Isn’t it great how Chinese parents have so much freedom from their children…especially the ones chosen to be Olympic athletes! Kids are better off in the hands of them that know what’s best for them…

  • 14 mindknumbed kid // Aug 12, 2008 at 8:15 pm

If those words (government determining what your child is going to do with their lives) ever rolled off of Obooboo’s tongue, today’s liberal America would lap it up just as they lap up vague promises of change. Change = not Bush, no further defining is desired/required/admired from the instrument of change. 43%* of Demdonk primary voters regret their party’s choice of Obama.

One thing I am doing here is attempting to figure him out, he has gotten under my skin at times, I no longer allow it. It’s all a game to him, his alternative to reality rotates around himself and his intellectual “superiority”. He may be a hopeless cause, but change can happen.

    Ronald Wilson Reagan.
The depth of his experience is sorely missed. I remember (as a teenager) coming to the enlightened idea that this MAN was a hero, a great human.
He embodied all of the virtues my parents displayed to us kids, in a time when virtue was in a spiraling decline.
From those days , I raised my Flags. I always fly Old Glory, and know America is forever on the verge of something even greater.
However this is no time to relax, persistant vigilance and Love of God and Country is, again, sorely needed.

Communism in China, as elsewhere, has always been about image rather than substance. Since greatness does not flow naturally from subjugated peoples, they are forced to “enhance” their greatness with government sponsored show and spectacle… Think May Day parades.

  • 34 Fred Sinclair // Aug 13, 2008 at 8:47 am

Doug – thanks for the email. I know you are a regular reader even though you won’t post.

You say, “That troll is at it again he’s writing his own Constitution.” well, I looked it up and you’re right, I can’t find an upper limit on the age requirement for a President. He’s obviously reading from his own Constitution that he got by mailing in a cereal boxtop and fifty cents. One of those :”Fill in the blanks” sort. Additionally, and look as I did, that height requirement must be in his Constitution but it’s not in mine.

From Danny DeVito to John Wayne no one is excluded because he’s “too short” or “too tall”. Too young – yes that’s there but too old isn’t. Our founders should have included “too stupid” and “too inexperienced”

I guess they reasoned that Americans in the future could figure that out for themselves and if not would rightly deserve a stupid inexperienced President (ala Carter) fortunately America has had enough of Carter and doesn’t need a Carter-2 Administration. So I don’t think Mr. B. Hussein Obama has an even chance.

There are various levels of stupidity so there must be various levels of intelligence. Now I’ll agree that while I may not be the sharpest knife in the drawer – I don’t think I’m the dullest either.

Pelosi is saying that drilling our own oil will be of no help at the pump. That increased supply won’t affect the price of gas to any significant degree.

Now thats more than a dull knife. It’s downright stupid! I just read about DeBeer’s mining in Africa. It stated that they had enough loose diamonds on hand to fill a half dozen railway freight cars but they “let them out” only a shoebox full at a time so as to keep the prices up. It said that if (in a moment of insanity) DeBeers were to dump all of their diamonds at once on the world market – within 48 hours 2 carat diamonds would sell in the $25.00 – $35.00 range – 1 carat would be about $10.00 each and smaller ones would be given away as door prizes.

Now that may be a bit of an exaggeration but I got the point. That’s why common rocks are so cheap (unless they are ‘pet rocks’).

Russian Cubic Zirconium is DeBeers nemesis. Why people continue to purchase inferior “mined” diamonds is still a great mystery. While a 2 carat RCZ goes for about $150.00 – $175.00. somebody should tell Nancy.

#41 (cont) I left off the last part.

“somebody should tell Nancy that the greater the abundance of any product, the lower the price. Just the mention of lifting the ban caused prices to drop. Use of our own oil (so what if it will take a few years – if we had started drilling in 1998, we’d be using it now at under $2.00 a gallon) will drop prices drastically. Nancy – you’re helping to ensure a republican victory in November, keep up the good work and we’ll have a landslide. Americans know who to blame for $4.00 gas.

So what is one of the lessons the American Olympic Committee may have learned after the “women’s gymnastics” event?

Never send young women to do a young prebuscent’s job.

Apparently the Chinese coach couldn’t explain how one of his “sixteen year-old” gymnasts lost a baby tooth! I’m not making this up. Another “sixteen year-old” Chinese gymnast was asked by a reporter how she spent her fifteenth birthday. The silence was apparently deafening. The “sixteen year olda” in question had to be all of nine. Maybe the Chinese count birthdays in dog years or something.

And what does all this prove once again? Whether a socialist (ahem … “progressive collectivist”) is American, East German, Russian or a Chi-com, they will always lie to gain an advantage. I would like to thank the Chinese for reminding thoughtful Americans of this truth.

By so doing, it reinforces the illusion of connection to those people by keeping you in the loop of the constant barrage of trivia that makes up their daily lives. It's like reading the stuff that wasn't interesting enough to make it to a page of their diary or journal. I not only heard what the PhD/Democrat FOXNews Analyst said to a flabbergasted Bill O’Reilly, but I saw his lips moving in sync with the words. This man had the gall to suggest that Jesus Christ would be okay with BO’s promiscuous and murderous position on abortion. I wanted to vomit. To these people, humans are just things. A heinous blasphemy if I ever heard one.

When pressed (just to be sure he [Bill O'Reilly] wasn’t hearing things), this man went on to expound—as a matter-of-fact—that too many people do not understand the Bible or take it too literally. He threw in “fundamental” or “evangelical” at least once with an ever-so-slight sneering-smug curl of the lip. I had to laugh out loud and tell the man through my TV screen that, even with that PhD, he didn’t know the definition of those words and he had just made himself look utterly ludicrous to millions and millions of viewers across Earth.

They are throwing down the gauntlet–these Uber Leftist Socialists–the battleline’s been drawn, nobody’s right if everybody’s wrong…..

I am a fundamentalist and I take the Bible literally, each word in context; both in the “micro-context” [the single word in a sentence] sense and the “macro-context” [the cover-to-cover scope] sense of the word. The only Doctrines I adhere to are those found within God’s Word. I identify myself as a Reformed Evangelical; my favorite teachers (outside of the Bible, of course) are the “Protestant Fathers” of the 17th Century who wrote and preached so elegantly of the Majesty of Almighty God.

On a side-note(s): I have unverified information that says Christianity arrived in Georgia in the 4th Century, Georgia has been called Georgia since the 11th Century and I think [verified] appending the prefix “the former Soviet republic of” is insulting and I’m offended.
    Thank you
