(2007-02-20) — Sen. Hillary Clinton, D-NY, whose presidential campaign has been overshadowed in recent weeks by charismatic rival Sen. Barack Obama, D-IL, today walked into a K-Street beauty salon in Washington, D.C., commandeered the clippers and shaved her head down to the bare skin.
“If Britney Spears can milk a week’s worth of top headlines from this trivial act, so can I,” said a visibly-agitated Mrs. Clinton, who, as it turns out, has “magnificent head shape,” according to the stylist on duty.
The candidate said she has not ruled out visits to tattoo and piercing parlors, and will do “whatever it takes.”
“I’m in, and I’m in to win,” she said. “The American voters can now see that I have much a larger cranium than Sen. Obama, and I think they’ll draw their own conclusions.”
UPDATE: First unconfirmed photos of Sen. Clinton’s new hairdo.

Marge…I loved your link. Thank you for the early morning laugh. It made me think of an algebra question my daughter had in high school for homework. I kept it:
Two trains are 240 miles apart traveling toward each other on parallel tracks. One travels at 35 miles per hour and the other travels at 45 miles per hour. At the front of the faster train is a bee that can fly at 75 miles per hour. The bee flies from one train to the other until the trains pass each other. When the trains pass, how far has the bee flown?
My daughter’s answer? “And I’m supposed to care because…..??”

MargeinMI,
I did the same thing when confronted with the math question asking one to find the hypotenuse of a right triangle … “That’s easy, x=5,” I said to myself.
It was only when I processed the circled “x” and the arrow with “here it is” that it dawned on me this was the literal grammatical answer to the question: “Find x”. Brilliant! If I was the teacher I would have given the student partial credit for literally answering the question which should have been posed as, “Find the value of x.”
The equation with the hanged man dangling on the end was priceless.

BTW, it’s difficult to plumb the depths of hatred that many left-wing “peace” activist repress on a day-to-day basis. We see it in their constant mean-spirited mockery of your average, every day, traditional conservative American. We’re morons for voting for Bush (who we all know is Hitler) right?
Some years ago a church friend of ours, who was an avowed “non-violent peace activist”, was having trouble getting her car back from a mechanic’s shop because she thought they were “charging too much.”
Her mugshot actually ended up in our local newspaper (to our complete surprise) with a short blurb about how she physically attacked the owner of the car repair business! She said she just “snapped”.
I bet if a study was done we’d find out that those who are constantly advocating peace and very publicly painting themselves as the next Gandhi, probably do so to keep in check the raging hatred for and loathing of those “moralists” who believe there are causes worth fighting for in a wicked and perverse world. They are often people with great moral conflicts and very little peace in their own hearts.

Iraq PM Orders Troops to Crush Insurgency
Iraqiya state television showed Maliki, a Shi’ite Islamist leader, talking to an Iraqi soldier near an armored vehicle in central Baghdad. The soldier pointed to an area from where he said insurgents had been firing at security forces.
“Don’t just fire back, crush the place where the fire came from,” Maliki replied. “Don’t treat them with leniency. This is an armored vehicle here, use it.”
The prime minister met Iraqis who had been forced out of their homes by sectarian fighting that has increasingly split Baghdad along Shi’ite and Sunni fault lines. He told them they would return to their neighborhoods as “heroes.”
Maliki said on Friday the initial days of the U.S.-backed crackdown had been a “brilliant success” [exultant media commentary follows] but a series of car bomb attacks that have killed scores of people has tempered any early optimism.
About time. But watch the Dhimmiecrats whine about the new government’s “heavy-handedness”. Dhimmies have to run interference for the insurgency if there is any hope of declaring Iraq a lost cause. Only stands to reason since the Dhims are committed to Bush/America losing in Iraq.
59 Darthmeister // Feb 20, 2007 at 6:21 pm
Iraqi soldier: “Tell the American people we need the U.S. Army here.”
Watch the Dhimmies really ramp up the cut-and-run rhetoric the next few weeks. I also anticipate the liberal media to play up the negative headline news as Iraqi and American forces begin crushing terrorists and their cells in Iraq. In desperation the terrorists will adopt a use-it-or-lose-it tactic which the liberal media will spin as a huge defeat for the Iraqi government’s attempt to stabilize Iraq in the long term. I’ve never seen people so committed to snatching defeat from the jaws of victory … but don’t question their patriotism.

Madame Hillary’s “glamor shots”– an enhancement to the story since this morning’s post– actually draws attention to her capped teeth… or she has some professional-looking false choppers there.
Oddly enough, once I ran across a book called Heads while browsing in a college bookstore. The books was a collection of people of various races, genders, occupations– all with shaved heads. None of the women wore makeup, and the shots were all taken in a standard bust-shot way. No identifiable clothing distinguished them. I don’t even think that they were smiling. It was the most fascinating look at people, for it focused on their features other than hair and demonstrated the variety of the human race.
Sometimes the females were quite distinguishable from the males, but other times there were some surprises. It wasn’t necessarily the delicacy or ruggedness of the features that led to correct guesses. The names and occupations (and I believe, the hometowns) of the people were included beneath each photo.
The whole experience of skimming through this bizarre collection made me wonder about how we form our perceptions of maleness and femaleness and our judgments about the attractability of each.

“No insult was off-limits. No tactic was too low. They threw everything they could at us — but we beat them time and time again.”

Red: Good one about the “tramp stamp”!
I think the only real tattoo Hillary has is the, “Property of Bubba”, she got during her and Bill’s biker days in the late 60’s.
I heard someone saying the Anna Nicole baby didn’t look like Howard K. Stern. If that’s the prerequisite then maybe the baby belongs to Dr. Keith Ablow and Britany Spears?
I think only babies are cute when they are bald headed, and that is why God made hair grow there!
